Our 1st Goose egg of the Season!

We lost Pepper so she is the only one now that is going to be laying this spring! Last Season we got 32 goose eggs. I always seem to give them to my son Andrew in his group home as he just loves these eggs so much. I know one fact, they are triple yolk, which =triple cholesterol you think?
