Breakfast Cookies

These are really good as sorry this is not the best photo.
I need to purchase a canon camera{LOL}
The recipe:
Non stick cooking spray
1 lg. Banana, Mashed(1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter( I just used creamy)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup whole wheat flour( I used white out of wheat)
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder(didnt' have any and it turned out great)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins(I used raisins in photo)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat cookie sheet with cooking spray(I used butter), set aside. In a large bowl, stir together banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, milk powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir in the oats mixture into the banana mixture until combined. Sir in dried cranberries or raisins. Using a ¼ cup measure, drop mounds of dough 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. With a thin metal or small plastic spatula, flatten and spread each mound of dough to make 2-3/4 inch round about ½ inch thick. Once baked each cookie will be 3-1/2 to 4 inches in diameter. Bake one sheet at a time for about 14-16 minutes or until browned. (Cool completely) store in air tight container or plastic bag for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 2 months.
Delicious!!!!
